Bill Baker is Chief Strategist for Total Destination Marketing. He is recognized internationally for his success in destination marketing and place branding strategies for hundreds of cities, regions, and nations. He based in Portland, Oregon and is focused on boosting the tourism and economic development performance of small cities in North America.

Bill was directly involved in some of Australia's most respected international campaigns in the U.S.A. and Europe for more than a decade. He also produced tourism strategies for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, and has been asked to provide strategic counsel to destinations around the world including Hong Kong, Guam, India, Macau, and Saudi Arabia, as well as Australia's global branding and integrated marketing campaigns.
